Might have some duplicates in there, too. That's another problem which we'll get to. But I'd like to know how many unique entries there are. I've often wondered why there isn't a function called Unique that lets us refer to a range and then tells us how many different entries there are in that range. I know ahead of time, there are about 25 departments, near least, I think, so 20, 25, I'm not sure, somewhere in that range. But I want to know.
